Your role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Head Bartender to lead the daily bar operations within our venue. This role combines hands-on beverage execution with team supervision, quality control, and operational organization.

The Head Bartender ensures consistency, efficiency, and an elevated guest experience while supporting management in maintaining performance and service standards.

Your Journey

• Lead bar operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts.

• Prepare and supervise cocktails and beverages according to standards.

• Maintain stock, bar setup, and organization.

• Train and guide bartenders to maintain high performance.

• Support menu updates and new cocktail development.

• Monitor inventory, assist with stock counts, and reduce waste.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational procedures.

• Deliver an engaging and professional guest experience.

• Mixology expertise: Monitors and manages the ordering of all beer, wine, spirits, and bar tools and equipment and Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents , costing and preparation methods

What do you bring to your trip

• Proven experience as Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service standards.

• Fluency in English an Portuguese is a must (additional languages valued).

• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Hands-on leadership style.
