Your role

We are looking for a Waiter to join our team and provide excellent table service, ensuring that guests enjoy their time by attending to their needs and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

• Independently manage guest interactions, table service, and routine operational decisions.

• Address standard guest requests promptly and escalate complex issues to restaurant management as needed.

• Deliver exceptional guest service, including knowledgeable menu presentations and recommendations.

• Accurately take orders, communicating special requests clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining presentation and quality standards.

• Process payments efficiently using point-of-sale systems.

• Ensure guest satisfaction, promptly addressing and resolving guest concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setup, clearing tables, and restocking supplies.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across dining and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

What do you bring to your trip

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in customer service roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Portuguese.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Based in Laundos or willing to commute.
