Your role
We’re looking for a proactive and service‑oriented Assistant F&B Manager to support operational success, drive team performance and elevate guest experiences. In this key role, you’ll work closely with leadership to ensure high standards, optimize performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the smooth and efficient operations of all F&B outlets
Deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards in everything you do
Train and mentor team members to drive performance and engagement
Assist F&B Management in managing budgets, cost control and monitoring key performance indicators
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
Help optimize workflows and implement efficient procedures
Support recruitment, training and motivation of the F&B team
Help resolve guest feedback with professionalism and care
Contribute ideas to enhance service, events, promotions and overall guest satisfaction
Support F&B Manager & Executive Chef with menu development, promotions and revenue strategies

What do you bring to your trip
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Solid knowledge of HACCP standards and F&B operational procedures.
Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results and driving seamless guest experience.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced English (additional languages are an advantage).
