Operations Specialist
Your role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. This role plays a key part in coordinating on-site teams and service providers to deliver smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Your Journey
Manage housekeeping and maintenance operations, ensuring schedules are followed and performance meets quality standards for all properties in the location.
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance inspections to ensure quality standards are met in the different outlets.
Supervise guest experience follow-up, ensuring communication protocols are met and incidents are resolved promptly.
Coordinate with the Contact Center to track guest requests, tickets, and operational updates.
Manage stock levels by monitoring inventories, restocking supplies, and conducting periodic audits.
Coordinate with external service providers, attend site visits, and collect quotes to support operational needs.
Provide clear leadership to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, while cultivating a positive and motivated team.
Oversee the accuracy and updating of local information, maps, and guest materials.
Support administrative tasks related to reporting, documentation, scheduling and provide support in all tasks as needed
Take ownership of other duties as needed to support daily operational requirements.
What do you bring to your trip
2–3 years of experience in hospitality operations, property management, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in English and Romanian (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in team coordination or supervision, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to manage guest incidents or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and service standards.
