Your role

We are looking for a Housekeeper with hospitality experience to join our team in Laundos. Your role will be key to ensuring that each apartment meets Olala’s cleanliness and presentation standards.

Your Journey

• Clean and disinfect rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and toiletries.

• Ensure all furniture and equipment are in good condition and properly arranged.

• Report any damage or incidents to the supervisor or maintenance team.

• Monitor stock of cleaning products and amenities.

• Report the need for replenishment or missing items.

• Keep the storage area clean and organized.

• Follow occupational health and safety rules.

• Follow established procedures for handling chemical products.

• Ensure cleaning quality meets Olala Group standards.

• Coordinate with Reception regarding cleaning times according to guest check-ins and check-outs.

• Work as a team with Maintenance and Operations to resolve issues efficiently.

What do you bring to your trip

• Experience in hotels / tourist apartments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Portuguese

• Basic computer skills

• Good personal presentation

• Immediate availability

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week

• Work includes weekends and public holidays

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1h pause , with rotating days off
