Your role
As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily front desk operations during your shift, ensuring a high standard of guest service and supporting the reception team in delivering a smooth and welcoming experience. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, resolving guest issues, and maintaining operational excellence in line with Olala!’s service standards.
Your Journey
Supervise and coordinate front desk operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure an excellent guest experience at all times, from check-in to check-out.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, arrivals, and departures efficiently.
Address and resolve guest complaints or incidents in a professional and timely manner.
Support, train, and mentor front desk staff during daily operations.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing procedures, and accuracy of daily reports.
Prepare shift reports, logs, and operational summaries.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards at the front desk.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and documentation when required.

What do you bring to your trip
Degree or professional training in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in hotel front office, reception, or guest services.
Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a supervisory role is a plus.
Strong knowledge of front office operations (check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, guest relations).
Experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS) and booking platforms.
Solid understanding of cash handling, invoicing, and daily financial reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality and personalization.
Fluency in Portuguese (native) and English (professional); additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
