Your role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Intern to provide support to our Finance team. This is a temporary position for 2 months with immediate start. The ideal candidate will help manage and organize financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Your Journey
Search and collect missing invoices related to bank transactions.
Review bank movements and match them with available invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Contact suppliers via email and/or phone to request missing invoices or documentation.
Search for invoices and supporting documents in internal systems, email inboxes, and shared folders.
Organize and upload documentation into folders or systems as defined by the Finance team.
Identify transactions without invoices and follow up until corresponding documentation is obtained.
Perform basic classification of documentation (invoice / receipt / pending / not applicable).
Provide administrative support to the Finance team for various tasks and help clear accumulated backlog.

What do you bring to your trip
We are looking for students or graduates in Administration or Finance–related fields (preferred).
1 year of administrative experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and responsible.
Temporary contract for 2 months.
The position requires immediate availability to start.
