Your Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys hunting talent proactively, and is comfortable managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously across different markets.
You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and closing top talent, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and building long-term talent pipelines.This is a very exciting position, designed to work across all the countries where we operate. It offers the opportunity to engage with multicultural profiles and is constantly focused on finding new and innovative talent.
Your Journey
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, niche job boards, and alternative sourcing channels (not limited to inbound applications).
Act as a talent hunter, actively mapping markets and building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and an excellent candidate experience.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
Coordinate and drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer stage.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness).
Contribute ideas to continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes in high-growth environments.
Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Provide support to the Human Resources team as needed.
What do you bring to your trip
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
Strong experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting, with proven ability to attract passive candidates.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different teams and countries.
Experience recruiting for hospitality, travel, service-oriented, or operational profiles is a strong plus.
Advanced English and Spanish are required. Romanian fluency is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
