Your role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Romania, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while contributing to a strong, people-centered culture.
Your Journey
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for local roles and support hiring needs in Romania.
Source candidates primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other databases, applying creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support basic onboarding activities and ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Provide general support to the Human Resources team and contribute to ongoing people-related initiatives.

What do you bring to your trip
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition for the Romanian Market.
Strong sourcing skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Experience screening candidates and conducting competency-based interviews.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-centered mindset.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ownership.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Romanian languages is required.
