Your role
The bookkeeper creates financial transactions and creates financial reports from that information.
The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or
accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and
supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.
***We are considering this role for a specific phase in the Financial operation (Two months contract)***
Your Responsibilities
Customers- issue invoices to customers, reconcile incoming payments and prepare weekly collection reports.
Suppliers- record A/P invoices and reconcile to existing purchase orders.
Prepare payments suggestion form, initiate payment approval cycle and execute accordingly.
Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and inter-company accounts.
What do you bring to your trip?
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a bookkeeper.
Sage software experience is an advantage.
