Your Role

We are seeking an experienced bartended/mixologist for a unique bar destination. In this role, you will bring elite craft knowledge alongside flawless operational structure to our floor. Beyond mixing exceptional drinks, you will be a key anchor for bar organization, inventory control, and backend flow ensuring every service runs like clockwork.

Your Journey

Operational Organization & Logistics

Maintain rigorous organization across the bar, including prep schedules, batching routines, stock rotation, and station ergonomics.

Enforce and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily opening/closing routines, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.

Manage stock organization, monitor par levels, audit inventory, and track wastage with high precision to support seamless shift handovers.

Craft & Service Execution

Prepare and present innovative, balanced cocktails with speed, consistency, and precision.

Lead by example during high-volume shifts, setting the standard for workflow efficiency, timing, and presentation.

Share expertise on spirits, prep mechanics, and mixology to help keep team performance consistent and polished.

Guest Experience & Floor Presence

Deliver exceptional service at a premier standard, engaging guests with product storytelling and bespoke recommendations.

Act as a reliable point of contact on the floor, resolving operational bottlenecks smoothly during service.

Foster a clean, structured, and welcoming environment that defines a high-end destination venue.

What You Bring

Experience: 3+ years in high-volume, upscale cocktail environments with a strong track record of handling backend operational duties.

Organizational Excellence: Highly structured mindset with proven ability in inventory control, prep management, and maintaining impeccable bar standards.

Craft Mastery: Deep understanding of mixology techniques, spirits, flavor pairing, and batching precision.

Professionalism: Proactive problem-solver who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments.

Languages & Status: Fluent English is required; local language skills are a plus. Must hold a valid work permit.
