Your Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Automation Developer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows across our business units. You will play a key role in transforming manual, repetitive processes into efficient, scalable automated systems, directly impacting our operations, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

• Build and integrate AI/ML-based automation solutions to support operational and business processes (e.g. dynamic pricing, guest communication, reporting).

• Identify automation opportunities across departments — Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, Guest Experience, and HR — and translate them into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes, and define automation roadmaps.

• Integrate automation solutions with existing hospitality platforms such as PMS (Property Management Systems), Channel Managers, CRMs, and ERPs.

• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed bots and AI workflows to ensure performance and reliability.

• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation for all automation projects.

• Stay up to date with emerging AI and automation technologies and propose innovative applications within the hospitality context.

• Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all automated processes.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proven experience (2+ years) in RPA development using UiPath (preferred) or similar platforms such as Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.

• Hands-on experience with n8n for workflow automation and multi-system integrations — building, deploying, and maintaining complex automation pipelines.

• Working knowledge of Claude (Anthropic) and its API for building AI-powered automation, intelligent agents, and natural language processing workflows.

• Solid programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.

• Experience working with AI/ML tools and frameworks (OpenAI API, LangChain, Azure AI, or similar).

• Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management (SQL, JSON, XML).

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Knowledge of hospitality tech stack (PMS, Channel Managers, RMS) is a strong advantage.
