Your role

We're hiring a Business Analytics Specialist to work closely with our CEO and leadership team. This isn't a "run reports and wait for instructions" kind of role. You'll be the person who spots the inefficiency nobody else noticed, asks the question nobody thought to ask, and turns raw data into decisions that move the business forward.

You'll own our analytics infrastructure across ERP, PMS, and BI systems — and you'll be the bridge between complex data and clear strategic action.

Your Journey

• Be the CEO's analytical right hand — support executive decision-making by delivering reliable, timely, and actionable business insights.

• Own performance reporting — design and maintain weekly, monthly, and board-level reports that tell a clear story, not just a data dump.

• Dig into the numbers — proactively identify inefficiencies, cost leakages, and revenue opportunities across the asset portfolio, always with a concrete recommendation attached.

• Lead strategic analyses — take ownership of ad hoc projects that support operational optimization and scalable growth.

• Maintain and improve our BI ecosystem — ensure our ERP, PMS, and BI tools are integrated, accurate, and actually useful for the teams relying on them.

• Translate complexity into clarity — make data accessible and compelling for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What do you bring to your trip

• 3–5 years in a business analytics, BI, or data analyst role — hospitality, real estate, or multi-asset environments are a strong plus.

• Proven track record of turning data into strategic recommendations (not just dashboards).

• Experience working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Tools

• BI & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar

• Data Manipulation: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; SQL (required)

• ERP/PMS familiarity: Experience with hospitality or ops systems (e.g. Oracle Hospitality, Mews, Protel, SAP, or similar)

• Data pipelines: Basic understanding of ETL processes and data modeling

• Bonus: Python or R for analysis; experience with dbt or similar transformation tools

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

• Clear and concise communicator — written and verbal

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

• Spanish and/or Catalan is a plus; working-level English is required
